Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Missing items in the order
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
Refund Process
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after delivery
- Improper storage of food products
- Minor variations in color/texture (natural products)
Replacement
- Replacement will be provided if stock is available.
- Otherwise, a full refund will be issued.
